1. genome assembly
PigeonPea.scafSeq.LG_V5.0.fa.gz --  Scaffold fasta files adding the Genetic mapping data, with N's representing gaps.

2. gene set
PigeonPea_V5.0.gene.gff.gz --  Gene annotation in GFF format. we used ab initio gene prediction and homolog gene prediction tools, and got the consensus gene sets by GLEAN.
