Prefix referred to the species name: 
	eg: Phytophthora_nicotianae_race0 referred to Phytophthora nicotianae race 0
Version of the genome:
	eg: v1.0 referred current version of assembly and annotation was 1.0
Format of file:
	eg: gene.cds.fa referred to nucleotide sequences of predicted genes in FASTA format
	eg: gene.gff reffered to the annotation file in GFF3 format
	eg: gene.pep.fa referred to protein sequences of predicted genes in FASTA format
