The nature of the Ximmer reports are that even though they display only aggregate data, they do include internally the raw CNV calls used to generate the data (this is how they can redraw live plots of the the data under different scenarios). Due to this, they could potentially conflict with the ethics of two of our studies which require access to genotype level data to be conducted through a recognised genomic database.
